If a child is absent, you should
fill in the bubble A, besides
the
child's name, with a pencil.
It
must be in pencil or it will
not
scan.
If a child is late you should fill
in the bubble L. |

your school has a policy of returning
your ATS form for afternoon completion,
then you should complete the right hand
column. |

| The
left hand column is for the a.m. session.
You should complete this column only
in the morning. |
