		Your city has just been leveled by a series of violent storms. Luckily, everyone survived. However, some of the buildings did not. The Mayor from a nearby city has contacted you, offering her support. A few years back, her city experienced similar devastation and as a result, had to rebuild. Apparently, her planners and architects had decided on structures that ultimately proved to be not only sturdy, but architecturally pleasing to the eye. You have decided to accept her assistance, using their model to rebuild your city.
